What is this burning pain?

I have endometriosis and ME, since my twins were born o have extensive pain throughout my body, especially back, feet and hands. GP says I've already been diagnosed with fibro (I haven't, he thinks ME is the same thing) and referred me to a rheumatologist who won't see me because the gp told me I've already been diagnosed with fibro (grr). I believe I actually have central hypothyroidism triggered by a medical treatment 10 years ago and I'm pursuing private testing to establish this as the doctors aren't interested.

Two weeks ago I started getting a burning pain in my right knee. It comes and goes but spreads to my calf and foot, and I'm also getting it in my other foot. It's somewhere between burning and tingling. Never felt anything like it before. Initially I was concerned about blood clots but no redness, swelling, warmth etc.

Has anyone ever experienced this type of pain? I don't have a clue and my doctor isn't interested unless it's an acute problem which I'm sure it isn't. I am seeing him this week but if anyone has any suggestions it would really help.

Forgot to add, for the last few months I often feel like I have a spider or something crawling on my foot - I go to shake it off but there's nothing there.

It's making me quite anxious - I'm familiar with my endo pain but not this, and I have no idea what's going on!
