Mums with young children: What are your big frustrations?

For me, it's been trying to balance work-home-parenting-relationship-life and I am on the verge of quitting my job to free myself (ofcourse, I need to discuss with hubby).

Although I am career-driven, I am finding that the cost of daycare, guilt from time away from my children, and the burnout are just too much to handle. I miss my husband and how good I used to look.

For the ones who managed it, what did you do?

If work-life isn't your challenge, what is? Share your stories.

Frustrated that I am parenting in a completely different economy than my parents did.

they could afford private schools, house with massive garden paid off by 40, one parent part time, larger family… all these things that are completely out of reach for me despite going into the same profession.

The inequality is so stark compared to 30 years ago. Exec salaries rose like 1000% and the rest is like 20-30% or something.

We also lived through so many crises.

I hope this is not what our kids say in 40 years!
