What sort of bunting for a Moroccan themed wedding?

Am going to host a bunting bee with some other ladies in the village to make some bunting for a friend's wedding. Does anybody have any good ideas for particular shapes to make it more "Moroccan" rather than village cricket green? Do you think tassels? Or longer and floatier than the standard triangles? Any ideas gratefully received.

There's a Bells and tassles bunting (second one down) that might work? Or longer and floatier could work too - what's going to be quickest, I wonder? I'd guess that longer and floatier, but with some tassles, would be the quickest to cut out.

Could you make the shapes a bit more like this but upside down iyswim? Instead of triangles. If you have to use triangles then I think tassels would be good.

Maybe with bells and pompoms on, too, just tiny ones.

I think that your colour choice will make all the difference. Opulent burnt oranges, dark pinks and purples and jewel and spice colours. Stick 'Moroccan fabric' into Google Images for inspiration.

A North African tapestry-type material would look good.

Longer, floatier drapes or beaded curtains might work alongside it.

Isn't it amazing how quickly Google crawls through here? I only started this thread earlier today and it's already googlable.
