What can I use for a baby handprint?

Hi, it's our first fathers day this week and as my 5 week old isn't going to be able to sign her daddys card I thought I'd put her handprint inside. What could I use for this that will be safe for her? Any feedback much appreciated, Clare x

I used acrylic paint on both DD's hands and feet when they were sleeping and then wiped it off with wipes.
DD1 had a bit of a gothy look to her toenails for abit
