Beginners crochet - is popcorn stitch the same as blackberry salad stitch?

I hadn't heard of the blackberry salad and have just googled and found this with a chart for it.
It does look veyr, very similar and looks the same.

Who calls a stitch 'blackberry salad' though

That's the first result I got when I googled it.
I think the difference is that a popcorn is a (us) dc and that appears to use treble stitches, so is a bit 'taller'

It did seem weird that I couldn't find owt on YouTube or anywhere for blackberry salad stitch! Plus I couldn't get the Harmony book in the library. Popcorn it shall be henceforth
