My non crafty friend is organising a baby shower for another friend and we are trying to come up with ideas for a baby shower table setting. It's an afternoon tea theme, the colours are green/brown/beige.
She is trying to get hold of some platters, cake stands etc... and coloured ribbon to intertwine on those and maybe tulle for the table (too fussy??) I'm thinking of printing up some labels for each of the plates and thankyous in case they do favours.
The only idea I can come up with is Butterflies, have found a nice clipart and will get some card stock to print labels in curvy font with a butterfly image, and try to find some butterfly garlands to string. (location is rooftop garden)
Any other ideas or places I can find good clipart. Have also thought of:
floral teacup image (but can't find anything)
erm....... mind is blank - really have no clue, but want to make a bit of an effort for her
