Inspiration needed for carnival float

In a rash moment, my crazy friend has promised her children they can take part in the local carnival. She has an old pram that she can decorate and 3 children desparate to dress up. Any ideas that can be created in less than a week would be much appreciated !

is there a theme or is it ..anything goes?

If there are 3 of them the obvious choices are things like

3 little pigs (she could be wolf)
3 Bears (she could be Goldilocks)
3 Blind Mice (she could be clock )

etc

3 men and a baby?!!!!!

3 men in a boat

owl and the pussy cat [one could be a the piggy wiggy]

Thanks for these, they're great and all do-able in not much time. Not sure if my friend planned to dress up too, but looks like she won't have any excuse not to
