Birth Announcement Boxes (small, very slim) - sources anyone ?

Hi,

We're contemplating using a card-sized box (ie. A5 / A6 sized), maybe 10 - 15mm tall to package a birth announcement / thank you card.

Can anyone suggest an online source for something like this ? I seem to remember once seeing a flash wedding invite come in something like this.

I'm not sure if hobbycraft do something this thin - does anyone know ?
