I've got some plain white t-shirts for DS and would like to make them a bit more interesting. I was thinking of tye-dye but I've never done it before and don't know were to begin. What dye do I use and where can I get it?

Hobbycraft would be a good place to start if you have one near you.

It's very simple to do... And you will quickly get thte hang of how to create designs. I'm sure there are kits that will give you brief explanations along with the dyes etc.,

Also, consider T shirt transfer paper - you just print out a design (any dessign) and then iron it onto a t-shirt.

My DS has loads of those - they work out at about 1:50 each (75p t-shirt from tescos and then the price of the paper). i think they they are great.

That sounds cool. I'm nowhere near a Hobbycraft. Do they have a website?
