katymac that last one is beutiful. the first one i would buy and use it to trim a tishirt or plain top, it would make it much nicer in my opinion.

i have a policy these days that if i see something that i like but have no use for it i buy a small amount (probably 1 metre) and save it up. yes i have quite a huge stash these days but whenever i sew for myself or DS or my niece i can easily find something in my stash to give it a lift.

i have done several little dresses now with lovely flower and rose lace on them, not the sort of thing you find in the shops.

Possibly.....but DD is 12 so won't wear that type of little dress [damn]
