Not sure if this is the right area, but worth a shot.
I have a kids bean bag chair, it has no cover, so to wash it, I had to take all the polystyrene balls out, nightmare!
DS now has a MickeyMouse chair, which is inflatable, with a washable cover, but it just burst.
Question is, how do I use the polystyrene balls for the MM chair? Can I make some sort of inside cover?

yes you could but you would probably need to make an inner linning is something close to the shape of the chair.

alternatively you could fill the burst inflatable but with the balls and then so shut the bit that burst and out some thick tape over it.
