I'll try my best to describe it.
It creates a raised surface on fabric, probably used sometimes on quilts.
I'm not sure how it is done, either by stitching a channel and threading some sort of small rope through to give the raised surface, Or i suppose you could stitch either side of the rope to give the same effect. Probably the former method is how it is done.
Any one got any ideas that i could google?
