I am dying 3 chair covers using Dylon

They are faded green, I am dyeing non-faded green (I hope)

I am using 2 packs for 3 dining chairs

I am prewashing them as advised

Does this sound reasonable? Any top tips?

Thanks

did you use machine wash dye?

all i can think of is not enough dye for the weight of fabric.

Yep - it is odd isn't it

There was loads compared to the weight so I guess it's just life

are the covers all definitly made of the same fabric?

was there enough room in the machine for them to agitate properly?

when i dyed some bedding one piece was patchy as it had been crammed in the middle and the dye couldn't get to it properly.

I'd say it was about a quarter to a third of a load & the covers are identical

Never mind
