Kinda mad opening post I think. I saw an old book in a second hand shop on holiday one year. It details how to make children's clothing out of clothing which a grown up has outgrown with minimal cutting sewing etc. I think it dated from the 70's. Does anyone think a book like this may still exist. I wish I bought it. I don't really sew and one day I hope to have the time to dedicate to learning properly. So I thought I'd leave it for someone who really knew how to sew to buy it.
