Pen for Writing on Plastic

need to write dd name on the cup she takes to nursery, it's plastic and will be washed (obviously) all the time

Can anyone link me to a pen on amazon or somesuch that would be suitable?

A permanent marker from WHSmith should be fine.

I've used numerous so called perm markers that simply wash off in the dishwasher.
i now just write their names on their lunchboxes every morning.

i'd love to know of a really permanent marker.

Sharpie best I've found - will eventually come off over time though.

Get one for writing on CDs or DVDs?

at supermarket you can get the ones for writing on CDs, they're very hardwearing.
