i have my wool and needles ready to cast on but damned if i can find the pattern

if anyone knows how many stitches i need to cast on for someone who is a size 3 foot i would love for you to tell me please thank you

There is a pattern if you google Regia sock pattern. Ravelry says it is a free pattern but it appears only to be 'free' if you buy the yarn from Coats, so tht is not much good. hth
