Does anyone know how to thread a Jones sewing machine?

I had a bright idea to "sew" dd a party dress.
Spent all last cutting the pattern and hand stitching it all together so this morning borrowed mil sewing machine (while she's at work) to try and finish it but I and can't even thread it!
The model number is 681b.
Please help!

This was the closest I could find online sewingonline.co.uk/library/JONES-673.html ie the closest number model to yours. I think the electric ones are all pretty similar.

Thank you managed to thread it just as I only had one side left to do!
Now i just have to perfect the sleeves which mil said she'd help with.
