Has anyone tried using a quickcuts die on the sizzix machine with the convertor?

Do you know how it works with the convertor

I have got the convertor for embossing folders but TBH, I haven't had that much success so far. I have heard a rather mixed response about the sizzix and convertors. It seems some dies will cut successfully, other just won't cut!
Sorry, haven't any advice.

hiya hun, am about to make an order for some QK as they are on sale.
You need the normal sizzix convertor plus a seperate convertor for QK, it costs £5.

Ive got the sizzlits convertor but not the QK one. I like the smaller QK dies so I am seriously considering buying the convertor, as these dies are perfect for adding the finishing touches to the Sizzix dies I have.

Hi Jazzymummy
What I've done over the weekend is,you know the green mats you can stab on and cut on,
I bought a small one of those, cut it a long the side the same size as the white mat.
put it under the white mat and with the sizzix convertor managed to cut both paper & pearlised card.
Try it see if it works for you, but I think the newer the white board the better it is.
That excited I forgot to post the info

I'm in work only had enough time to post a quick thanks early this morning

I think the green mat may only be a temporary measure. Where do I get the proper convertor from?

Forgot to tell you, someone told me that if you put the convertor on the bottom instead of clipping it underneath and put the white mat on top of the convertor
[so thats just the sizzix convertor and the white board, right]
you can cut with the QK, tried it you can only cut paper and that wasn't very good.
