i have shop on both etsy and folksy. I think Etsy is bigger or perhaps more popular but the prob is there are too many sellers...i have yet sold a single item ...

Have solod a few on Folksy so far so i prefer folksy.

Visit my shop so perhaps it will give u some ideas?

thanks baytree - will check it out...folksy seems more 'cosy' and user friendly, also a bit about dollars...

I have bought stuff from etsy - all lovely but have been stung badly on one occasion with customs charge (didn't mention that in shipping info!). Folksy has a lovely range of things and is less mind boggling.

I've been on both Folksy and Etsy for several months now. Etsy is huge, and easy to get lost in, and of course American which can complicate sales. I prefer Folksy as it's British, and also the forums are really friendly on there. It is however considerably smaller and less well known!

thanks all - that's helpful - I think I might give folksy a go
