How do I make an ABBA costume for a 7 year old?

I have googled and googled and my brain is now stewed.

DD has an ABBA party on Friday and needs a fancy dress costume... I am rubbish at this sort of thing and naiively thought that I could just buy one online.... but I cant find one!

So does anyone have any ideas about how I go about making one? Thanks.

Flares, head band, lip gloss, blue eyeshadow.
