Would anyone here be able to an alteration for me please?

I have bought this nursing dress.

I thought I might not like the white panel and I was right, I hate it. It is only stiched on at the sholder and under the arm, so wouldn't be a big job for someone in the know to remove it and swap it for a black one (which I will buy, in the form of a black vest top)

Could anyone help me? I will obviously pay postage both ways and any payment neccessary.

i would have to see how it was sewn in really. if its overlocked together it will need some resewing that may not be 100% perfect.

where abouts are you in the country?
