crazy crafting ladies, your assistance please... does anyone have a good pattern for making a red riding hood cape (one that hardly includes any sewing)?

i suspect my old singer sewing machine will have seized up in the decade or so that i've not used it.

i've looked on ebay etc for one i could buy, but they're a bit euuurgh and cheapy looking.

here is one

If you made it from fleece - and cut the body and the hood on the fold - the only sewing you'd have to do would be to attaching the hood to the body

fleece! what a great idea! thanks.

or felt. dunelm sell red felt on the roll in their haberdashery department. use something that won't fray, then no edging is required.

felt, yes, that might be even nicer thanks. dunelm is what?
