My brother got married recently - I have a lovely photo of the place they got married which I'd like to get turned into a painting for them - not bothered particularly about whether it's a watercolour or something else, but can anyone recommend anywhere/anyone that can do this? There are lots of software packages, but I'd like something a bit more hand-done, I think.
