Just chucked out all our shop bought play dough as had gone really crumbly and thought this time I would make my own. Just googled and there seem to be lots of different recipies, not sure which one to try? One of mine tends to try and eat it so needs to have nothing inedible in it. Recommendations please if you can. Thanks

Peanut butter playdough:

1 part peanut butter
1 part nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. honey per cup (optional)

Mix peanut butter and dry milk. Add honey. Knead and mix until a good dough-like consistency. Model and experiment as any playdough. Edible.

Salt playdough (will cure your DCs of eating it, promise ):

1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon oil
colouring

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan, slow to medium heat. Stir continuously. Once dough is at the consistency you want, remove from heat. Cool before using. *high salt content so please keep away from pets.
