for our first wed ann, we wnet out for a meal in a really posh restrant and gave each outher books.

How about a scrapbook type page spread, you could use photos of you wedding/honeymoon.

If you didn't want the expense of a scrapbook, you could always frame it!

bumptobabies · 19/05/2005 13:01

great ideas, ive heard of people doing scrapbooks how do i do a really good job without it looking like the work of a 3yr old.

What about buying a picture? Either a print or a painting depending on your (dh's) tastes. It could last you your entire lives.

Lucycat · 19/05/2005 13:05

I bought dh a subscription to his favourite magazine (no, not that sort - it was the Manchester City magazine!!) then every month he would remember our anniversary! - and even better if you get a mag that you want to read as well

Make a little book of vouchers for treats like:

have your favourite dinner cooked
massage
night out with the lads
do one of his chores for him
a lie-in
stuff you know he likes

koalabear · 19/05/2005 13:14

i did paper vouchers on the computer - things like breakfast in bed, a day without changing nappies, etc

koalabear · 19/05/2005 13:15

bumptobabies · 19/05/2005 18:35
