Can anyone help? I've made Willy Wonka golden ticket invitations for DS1's birthday party, wanted to give them out today but the ink hasn't dried. I printed them last night on my normal ink printer onto shiny gold card. Is there anything I can do to make the ink dry? Or do I need to rethink and start again? Any advice welcome, thanks!

Spray them with hairspray or 3M fixative?

Could try hairspray as I have some of that - have you tried it? Don't have any spare card so nervous of making mistakes!

Have you got any similar type of card around the house? Sometimes bathroomy stuff comes in the shiney gold card. You could test a small blob or ink then try spraying it with hairspray or some pva glue in a plant sprayer?

found this - Perhaps you would be better reprinting the info on a plain paper then glueing it on to the card. Have you got any clear sheets (the stuff for overhead projector type of thing that would take printing ink)?

Laminate them.
