Pirate outfit for Saturday-any ideas?

Dd is 14 months & is going to her first fancy dress party on Saturday. The theme is pirates. I didn't realise it was fancy dress until last night. Bit last minute but what can I do / make for her to look the part?

Stripy top/t-shirt with plain bottoms. Eye patch. Black pirate hat made out of card, or some sort of spotty headscarf tied around her head. Asoft toy in teh form of a parrot would help the overall effect

Black eyeshadow on her chin for a five o'clock shadow.

Thanks for the suggestions. I do have black eye shadow but do you think it is okay to put on a bubba's skin? She has black leggings & I've seen a red and white stripey top in the sale in a shop nearby. Do pirates wear some kind of cape - I am not very well versed in the outfit a pirate might wear!
