Bugsy Malone themed Girls outfit

My daughter's school summer concert is on friday night and she needs to dress in a Bugsy Malone themed outfit. Does anyone have any ideas for this or other 1920's themed dress for a nine year old girl. Thanks

add headband with feather made from stretchy braid from haberdasher, feather ditto. And while you;re in the haberdasher pick up some cheap pearl trimming (or use christmas tree garland) to make long bead necklaces.

ideally she wants mary-jane type shoes witha strap but any party shoes will do

Thanks for that Mrs Badger was going into town to look in Claires Accessories for a necklace and feather boa so will also look in New Look.

Or puffy sleeved shirt/ top with shorts and mary-jane shoes? Like the dancing girls wear.
