Hello, can anyone recommend a nice jumper pattern for a 9yo boy?

Any recommendations appreciated - so many seem to stop their sizes at 6yo or so.

Sx

It depends a bit on the chest size.
Have you looked on Ravelry? There is a special group for boys' clothes. It only takes a couple of days to register, once you have asked for an invitation.
The other thing is just to Google for knitted boy's jumper and see what comes up.

I have a pattern for a plain jumper which goes from 22" to 44", you can borrow that if you like.

Hi DutchOma,

I've just joined Ravelry so will have a look for the boys' section. I'll also give DS a measure and see how he shapes up. Thanks very much for the offer to borrow your pattern - may take you up on it.

The Debbie Bliss book of Little knits has knitting patterns for boys up to 9/10 years, as does the Rowan story book of little knits. There does seem to be a dearth after 10 though...

I've picked up several patterns from the charity shop where I work.
