Giving Play Dough away at a fete

Ok so it's in a plastic bag so I intend to:

*Give it to parents only (what about 8-12 yos who may be unaccompanied)

*Have a label printed:Children using this play dough should be supervised at all times
Play dough contains: Flour, Salt, Water,
Olive Oil, Cream of Tartar, Food Colourings,
Food Flavourings.

What else do I need to do to ensure safety/risk assessment?

Plus there will be play dough there to play with - only for accompanied children (again what about 8-12yos) & do I need to get the parents to sign a disclaimer?

I would say you need a label for the bag - like on normal bags, keep away from children/this is not a toy, type statement

With the dough that will be for playing with, make sure the ingredients are clear

Other than that, maybe have a look on a shop bought play dough box to see what safety advice they give (maybe not a lot)
