It's my cousins 18th we are having a sort of 80's/neon theme.
We have plain white tshirts and need to find:
Neon paints - Does it have to be fabric paint?
Glue - Again does it need to be fabric glue?
Glitter - I assume you can just use normal?
Marker of some sort to write on the back.
And is it possible to cut and slash the tops a bit to customise them without totally recking them and leaving the material all flappy IYKWIM.
None of us has a sewing machine and don't know the first thing about sewing so we don't really ahve much going in our favour do we?
Any tips or ideas would be fantastic!
