Can I use acrylic paint for this?

DH has built our kids a wendy house in the garden. The inside is pretty weatherproof - it's been up for one winter already and no significant leaks or obvious signs of damp.

We've already painted the interior with a combined primer/undercoat in white, to give a base for a topcoat. DD1 now wants to paint a mural on the inside walls.

I've got about a ton of acrylic paint left over from a summer holiday club I ran. It's this stuff. Do you reckon it will be up to the job? Even if it only lasts two or three years, it would be nice to be able to use it - and I would feel happy letting both kids paint with it (more happy than with gloss for eg!)

And if not the acrylic, what kind of paint to use?

AFAIK acrylic paint is ideal for outdoors use.

It says it's waterproof and flexible so should be ok.

It would get it used up, anyway

Happy Painting!!!

Thanks Macdog - I hadn't actually re-read the Baker Ross details. I think we are going for it. And DD1 has actually drawn a passable outline on the wall so I'm feeling optimistic!
