I ordered something from them 2 weeks ago, they took payment and sent me a confirmation email.

When the goods ddin't arrive I emailed them but didn't get a response. Since then i have emailed many times and tried to ring them...all without any success.

They have some lovely things on their site but don't be tempted.

Have you contacted your credit card company for a refund? Assuming it wa a credit card.

A similar thing happened to me with another website. Even if you paid with a debit rather than a credit card, you should be able to contact your card company and they will chase it for you and refund you.
I found that a hard letter sent recorded delivery through the post threatening them with the above sorted it out!
