I need a costume designer/dressmaker to make me a carnival costume!

i live in devon and play in a Brazilian samba band. i need someone who can design and make me a costume (well, 2 actually) in the fabrics provided by the band inc headresses. it can be as elaborate or not as you like. not too much flesh out though dont mind a bit of cleavage. feathers, sequins the works!
not much money to spend though as i have to pay for it myself.
