What to do with leftover curtain material?

We've got 3 pieces: one 150x97cm, and two strips 140x19cm - from DD1's bedroom curtains.

Obviously could do cushion covers - is that big piece big enough for two, or one floor cushion perhaps? (Don't know how much to allow for seams etc.) Anything else?

I'm not remotely creative and don't know anyone with a sewing machine - what's the cheapest way to get these made up?

how about those bolsters for base of doors/sofas?

When i made DD curtains I used the left over material to make a giant floor cushion cover, cushion filler from ikea. I made it in the style of a bedding cushion cover so that it folded over on its self IFSWIM.

Oh that's a good idea pavlov, I could use the strips for that do you think?

DS's, i don't have a daughter.

I'm not sure what you mean by folding over on itself LMB ... Is the big piece big enough for a floor cushion do you think? Was the cushion filler a pad, or loose filling material?

when i made DD's curtains when she was a baby I made tie backs and a pelmet from the leftovers
oh and a lampshade, and a bag for nappies etc

Laundry bag?

If you turn a bed pillow inside out you'll see that when it was made there was one half of the pattern that was longer than the other, the longer half is then sewn folded back on itself. When the right way and with a pillow in it, it folds back on its self like a pouch. Really hard to explain but v.easy to make. It was filled with a cushion pad.
Not sure that your material is big enough for a large cushion but you could back it with a plain different material, or something funky and clashing, to make a big floor cushion!

Thanks LMB and that's a great idea to back the cushion with another material. And thanks everyone for all the other ideas
