Question re printing text for photoalbums/scrapbbooking

Am in the process of doing a photo album/scrapbook and would like to add some text to the pages but don't want to handwrite it. Is there a gadget that will print strips (with said writing on) out onto clear transparent plastic which can then be stuck onto page - so all you would really see if the writing?

Or do I just use a normal pc printer but buy special plastic sheets with a removeable sticky back? Is there such stuff?

As you can tell, I am a tad confused to the point I am having trouble even describing what I mean!!! Any pointers???

Hi - I think what you are looking for is clear labels - they are like the sheets of address labels etc that you often see for printers, but they are clear plastic instead of white paper. You need to google for clear labels for the type of printer you have - there'll be different ones for laser printers and inkjet printers as they work differently.
