i've just been reading 'the opinionated knitter' and i LOVE the fact that she explains how the pattern works so you can adapt the pattern yourself. i can't wait to get started!

just bought the almanac. it's knitting for mappers instead of packers.

I've made [counts on fingers] four Baby Surprise Jackets - and I'm still not bored with the pattern.

bsj's are wonderful! i've made a couple and they looked great!
