Any Card Makers Here??

I have decided this year that I will make all (or most) of my greetings cards. I have made three so far and am really enjoying it. Is there anyone else on here that does cards?

Hi there, I have been making card for about 6 years now and I love it. I also do the very occasonal bit of scrapping but don't very often have time for that.

What sort of card have you made and what techniques have you used?

You can see some of my cards here if you want to take a look.

If you need any help-just shout! and welcome to an addictive and often costly past-time!

I just had a (very) quick look at your site those cards are fabulous!! I am a verrrrrry long way from that yet - the cards I have done are very, very basic, but even so not being very artistic I was still quite proud of them.

I will be back to have another look at your blog when I have a little more time .

I really don't like Hobbycraft, IME it's the total lack of knowledge their staff seem to have about crafting!LOL.

Jaz236, what are you after in particular, I use a few different online shops, don't like to put them on here, I know there have been issues with that in the past.

Feel free to email me, a link to my addy is on my blog and I will happily share my crafty shopping list with you!

Yes
I think i have some on my profile that I've done

Why?

mysterymachine · 11/03/2009 07:21

I've just recently started out doing my own as well. Dingle's are fab - I keep looking at her site.
Mine at the moment are mainly decoupage style and I found some bargain sheets on a well known auction site, so have plenty to keep me going. Also got some die cut bits to try out but finding decoupage easier for me as I don't have an artistic bone in my body lol.
When I feel more confident with my cards, I will take some pics and upload for comment (shown some friends who think they are good but that was face to face and they can't really tell fibs then .... can they??!?)

I used to, just for personal use along with scrapbooking but I don't get the time any more.
