weighted blankets?

anyone know how to make weighted blannkets?, where do you get the weights for inside them?

Never made a blanket, but I did make curtain years ago with weights in the hems. I should imaginge any good haberdashery store/dept would sell them in various grades.

i was out looking today, at fabric store. didnt have what i need,(poly beads) so bought some fleece instead.seen the curtain weights theyre too heavy,
