Where can I find a pattern for a Cosy Toes?

Thought I'd give this a go, but I can't find a pattern. Any ideas? Thanks

I've just cut up a sleeping bag, cut a slit for the crutch buckle and stitched round the hole. Try charity shop for 2nd hand sleeping bag? Don't have a use yet for the cut-off top end of the sleeping bag!

LGoodLife, very ingenious! But I've got some material I want to use up. I'll have a think about uses for your top bit!
