Finding a clasp for a five point harness and how to join webbing

Hi. Wondered if I could ask some advice on two issues. I've been very kindly given an old pashley tricycle that has two rear-facing child seats. It needs quite major renovation, and one of the things I need to do is put new five-point harnesses in the seats. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could buy a clasp for a five point harness (i.e. the type you get in many high chairs where the shoulder straps and crotch strap fix onto a waist strap). I can only find ordinary two point ones.

Also could anyone tell me the strongest way to join pieces of webbing? I've seen little devices that insert a rivet - are these any good? I was thinking of this plus hand stitching (I will not be able to use a machine as most of it will need to be done in situ).
Any ideas very gratefully received.

Oh, thanks so much for this dizzyday. I have hopefully sourced one in US now, but will keep my eye on this one in case it doensn't work out.
Many thanks again for your help.
