Has anyone got any easy and great ideas for arts & crafts projects for toddlers? Must be cheap to do for the most part and require very little prep work as its for our local playgroup. I need as many ideas as you've got because I will be organising several a month! Thanks!

try subscribing to kidscraftsweekly

I think you email editor@kidscraftsweekly, or it might be kidscraftweekly (without the second s).

Have fun.

BTW, things I've seen that worked well with 18mth-3yrs were:

  • papers cut out in the shape of butterflies, folded, then toddlers splodged poster paint on.
  • spiders made out of pipecleaners
  • plain fairy cakes, pre-prepared icing, various types of sprinkly decorations
  • egg cartons cut into separate egg bits - the toddlers painted these yellow. These were then stuck onto cards which had the stem printed on already, and Happy Mother's Day/Happy Easter printed inside.
  • autumn leaves, glue, and glitter - to make autumnal pictures.
