can you help me find some wool?

need to make a hat for Vocaloca. but i can't get out to buy the wool.
i got it at john lewis before and don't have the sleeve thing anymore (just had a trawl through my wool box and can't find any clues)

it was a baby wool. may have been acrylic. chocolate brown.... not sure what ply it was even.

wasn't rowan. may have been sirdar snuggly DK.
do JL carry sirdar?

at any rate. I need a nice brown and a beige/taupe to go with it. I'll be crocheting. can anyone help?

or maybe just suggest a site that has a good selection to order from?

jl do sirdar. they are rather apologetic about it.

i'm almost positive it's the debbie bliss one but now need to find a nice beige to go with it. Voca's cleaner wants one now. she wants brown and beige with yellow flowers. we're both a little about that colour combo!

I always get my wool from a little shop called Spin a Yarn in Devon. They have a website - spinayarndevon.co.uk and they are really helpful and will post it to you.
