Easy peasy valentine crafts for pre-schoolers please!

On craft duty at playgroup and need easy and quick valentine craft - ideas please.
Age range is from 2 to 3.5

make a valentine card - piece of card folded, obviously.
Give them a red already cut out heart, get them to decorate with glitter, stick on stars etc, stick it on the card (contrasting colour). done.
