Dd wants to make a wheat bag & thinks she can use Puffed Wheat . What sort of wheat do you use and where can you buy it from?

i used rice... to make a lavender and rice bag today.. I'm only learning to sew but am really really pleased with how they turned out.. presents for DS' grandmother and great grandmother... here you just use normal (cheap) rice from any shop... and a bit of dried lavender..
