Papier Mache - can someone give me a refresher course

Have decided to make papier mache christmas decorations but can't remember how to do it.

Help!

If I remember rightly its strips of paper in PVA glue or wall paper paste??

you can use either flour and water, pva glue or wall paper paste depending on what your making....

Methyl cellulose is the main ingredient in many wallpaper pastes
