What should I know about so scrapbook still looks good in years to come?

I'm creating a scrapbook for a friend. I'm using a beautiful photo album with acid free paper and I've got special glue too.

I was planning to put in photos, some cut outs from magazines and some printed out stuff from the computer. (words and some pictures.)

My question is, will the printed out stuff last in the book. I don't want it all to fade away so there is nothing there in 5 years time!

What do I need to do to make sure it lasts?

I'm no expert but make sure everything is acid free. There are loads of scrapbooking sites online if you Google and/or I'm sure someone will along with more knowledge than me!
