Tell me about your favourite glue

What's a good all-purpose glue for sticking hard plastic? I tend to use a two-part epoxy resin like Araldite but is there a ready mixed one that is as good?
And what are hot glue guns good for? Apart from glue burns, that is.

Not in answer to your more specific question but.....

Superglue because of teh expression on my DH's face when he realised that he had glued his sunglasses on

i superglued my fingers together, you have to file it off.

glue guns are great don't know if they're more for fabric though

my favourite glue though is probably bostik
