Cookery courses in south of England

I'm thinking of getting my mum a cookery course for Christmas; she's a good cook, but a bit set in what she does and so I'm looking for a course that does everyday food really well - ie not fine dining-type things. Ideally between 1 and 3 days and in the south of England (they live in Berkshire). Any recommendations?

One I've been lusting (and hinting..) after is the three day bread course here - his book Dough is so good, and I'd love to try the actual tuition..

Not a recommendation, per se, I've not done it yet but if I do, I'll report back...

I keep thinking I'd like to go on a residential cooking course but one where you only cooked half the day and got to relax, read for the other half. Any ideas? About May next year?
