Any idea where to buy / how to make a bear costume for the Christmas play?!?!

Lets not even ask WHY my DD has been asked to be a bear in the nursery Christmas play (I've never been to Jerusalem - perhaps the place is swarmning with bears...) but any idea how to go about it. She's only 15 months, and running around loads so I'd probably have to come up with something relatively robust (ie. no loo roll / crepe paper - you can tell I'm a beginner at this!)

All ideas gratefully received!

Check Asda! We got a bear costume reduced from halloween from there for £75p!

its a bears head thats like a hat that fastens under the chin, with a red waistcoat with bear fur trimming, then little mittens that are furry bear paws with fabric claws. Its age 1-3 but quite small.

If you can't find one you can have ours if you want. DS2 wont put it on his head!
